Discussion on the Right to Travel
Freedom of movement, or the right to travel is a human right that many of us in our times of ubiquitous travel take for granted. At the same time, this fundamental right to mobility is denied to many people across the globe, not only within their own country, but between states.
Anthony Schrag, artist of Zimbabwean origin with multiple citizenships, is walking this summer from Huntly, in the north of Scotland, to the Venice Biennale Through discussion with others he will be putting his privileged journey into perspective, based on ethical and philosophical grounds such as:
