Huntly is our super-Market-Town based in the North East of Scotland. Yes, it is not only a super town with a monthly market, but it has also got now thanks to universal retail advancements three supermarkets. Our Town is about 4000 people-strong. Life circumnavigates around a historic Square in the centre, with some 175 odd clubs and societies, an Ice Cream and a Shortbread factory and various sport facilities to include a Nordic ski centre. It features also a library, primary and secondary school, swimming pool, golf course and no less then 11 licensed premises. Further it has a cultural tapestry that ranges from Scottish pipe, folk and dance to the contemporary realms of Deveron Arts.

Huntly nestles between the Banffshire farming land and the hilly moor, grouse and deer lands of the Cabrach and Speyside. Our house hill is the Clashmach, which you can climb in less than an hour, from where you see North to the Moray Firth and the Cairngorms in the South. The weather tends to be mixed here with all kinds of hourly varying cloud formations.

You can now look at Huntly in two totally new ways. Either through our contemporary art town collection which is based in shops, pubs and other venues around the town. Or through the Fantasy walk based on George MacDonald stories, which is available from our office. We have also developed two distinct walks based on our composer Ronald Center and on our writer George MacDonald.
